The 9th National Anubhav Awards Ceremony was held on 17 August 2026 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, by the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DoPPW) under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Union MoS Dr Jitendra Singh conferred the Anubhav Awards 2026 on 15 awardees. The Anubhav portal, launched in March 2015, lets retiring staff of the Centre, 12 public sector banks and CPSEs share experiences. The 60th Pre-Retirement Counselling Workshop was held alongside.

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah unveiled a statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Nimbahera in Chittorgarh district on 16 August 2026, his death anniversary; Vajpayee died on 16 August 2018. Installed at the Mini Atal Smarak at JK Circle, it is made of about 4,000 kg of ashtadhatu and is called Rajasthan's largest metal statue of Vajpayee. At the Atal Gaurav Smriti Samaroh, Shah called him Ajatashatru. Vajpayee was PM thrice and got the Bharat Ratna in 2015.

Nyayayan - The Digital Way of Justice is a Rajasthan High Court digital initiative for paperless functioning of courts in the state. It was launched on 2 August 2026 at the valedictory of the Commonwealth Peace Mediation Conference 2026 in Jaipur, organised by the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA). The same conference adopted the Jaipur Declaration on Peace Mediation 2026, drawing on the UN Charter, the Commonwealth Charter and India's Mediation Act, 2023.

She lost the final 2-13 to Kokona Makino of Japan. The same day Akshara took silver in 53 kg, while Avanshika (61 kg) and Taniya (69 kg) won bronze. Governor Haribhau Bagde congratulated her, and she was felicitated at a ceremony in Jaipur.
